More equipment and use Description

In order for the cross-field work necessary to achieve often have four-wheel drive tractors and at least two, often also four very large wheels with grobstolligen profile. The vehicle's steering is done with (electro) hydraulic support. Today's tractors are available for multiple uses in all its forms, as very small, especially in the mountains in the forestry or Serviced Alpine Pasture can be used for very small or large wine for farming in lowland areas. For optimal speed for the work to achieve, modern tractors often on a vielstufiges Last gearbox or a CVT. As additional equipment commonly used in tractors is a front loader, sometimes a rear loader appropriate. Larger tractors now mostly on a cabin with air conditioning and other vehicles to have technical features such as Einzelradbremse and differential locks. Special provide the Unimog, the device makers and the so-called Muli, which usually with a slightly longer wheelbase than other tractors are constructed. The device ...

hydraluic systems

we have two main kinds of hydraulic systems 1- open center 2- closed center open center consist of gear pump (continuasly work) to give lower prissure which easier to do the maintenance and more cheaper and higer in feul consumption the closed center with piston pump . work when you need the pressure . and give higher pressure and less in fuel consumption . but more expensive and harder to make maintenance

Historic

The first tractors were driven by steam engines (Lokomobile). Later in Europe the diesel engine as a power source, while in America for some time and petrol engines were used. Until the 1970s tractors had rather modest engine performance, but for high torque and high-defined gearbox. Modern tractors are often over 100 kW power and can sometimes up to 80 km / h speed. Especially high performance sports show on tractors, for the Tractor Pulling used a motor sport which in the 20th Century in the United States and came in the early 80s also spread over Europe. When Tractor Pulling involves a brake, his Zugwiderstand streckenabhängig increased to a 100 m track as far as possible thereafter. In the outdoor category, the services of tractors sometimes up to 10,000 hp. A very well-known design, the Lanz Bulldog of 1921, which even after the Second World War as a model for many buildings worldwide served today and lovers prices. He belongs in every meeting of historic tractors simply in differ...

moldboard plough

MOLDBOARD PLOUGH USED TO SEPARATE AND TURNING THE SOIL WHICH IMPROVE THE SOIL BULDING AND KILL THE WEEDS AND ALLOW MORE VENTILATION TO THE SOIL AND STERILIZE IT

plough

The plough is a tool used in agriculture since ancient times to shake up the soil and prepare it for subsequent working either directly for sowing. The plow in a historical sense is a kind of evolution of pickaxe, once pulled by oxen or directly by the people and today, in developed countries with mechanical tractors. The ploughing serves to incorporate the remains of the previous crop in the soil, cut the presence of weeds and fragment the land in anticipation of next sowing (usually after exposure to adverse weather conditions and subject to further working with other gear). The plow includes three sets of components, all linked to a frame bearing said bure. Bodies of attack. They are arranged at the front of bure and serve to implement the tool to a tractor or animals with holding tow. In the case of ploughs brought coupling device is adapted the attack to three points in the tractor: consists of two pins side, which applies two hydraulic lift arms of the tractor, and a central brac...

airal planting and crop dusting

Airal planting : method of planting seeds or seedlings whereby planting containers containing the seedlings are dropped from an aircraft. The planting container has fins for aerodynamic stability, a pointed nose for penetrating the soil and wall portions penetratable by the roots of the seedlings . airal crop dusting : Crop dusting with insecticides start in 1920s in the United States by converting military air crafts for that purpose . in the 1940s built agricultural fixed wing aircraft became common. i think using helicopter is better becouse you dont need run way . so you will keep to your self may be one hectar of land

farm machinery operator job description

some times you found farms want farm machinery operator do you know what is the required job from that man ? Drives and operates one or more farm machines such as tractors, and combines to perform specified farm activity such as cutting hay and harvesting wheat: Hitches soil conditioning implements such as plows or harrow to tractor and operates tractor and mounted implement to furrow and grade soil. Drives tractor and operates designated towed machine, such as planter or manure spreader or baler , to plant, fertilize, dust, and spray crops , and bale the hay. Prepares combines by adjusting speeds of cutters , reel , auger blowers, and conveyors and height of cutting head or depth of digging blades according to type, height, weight, and condition of crop being harvested, and contour of terrain. Attaches towed- or mounted-type harvesting machine to tractor, using handtools, or drives self-propelled harvesting machine to cut, pull up, dig, thresh , chop Refuels engine, lubricates ...

tractors and soil compaction

mainly we use the tractors to improve soil texture by distrubting the soil under suatable moiture content to make the balance between the soil and air and water and broke the hard banes to allow the roots to grow in the soil which will lead to increase the crop production . but when the tractor path on the soil . does it copact the soil ? my answer is . the matter depend on the pressure on the soil . so the soil compaction not depend on the size and the weigh of the tractor mainly . but if you have 5 ton tractor with contact area ( between wheeels and the soils ) 50 cm2 the soil compaction will be more than 10 ton tractor with contact area 200 cm2 . so you can reduce the soil compaction if you but additional wheels or decrease the pressure in the tires

sugarcane harvester

sugarcane harvester

forage harvester

forage harvester when you want to harves green maize or alfalfa to feed the animals you have to use forage harvester

cotton picker

cotton picker look it seem high quality

shear bolt

shear bolt in some kind of blows (for safty ) one methood to safe your plough from sudden stress that using the shear bolt which will broke when sudden stress happen to the plough many off tractors have response control such as massey ferguson tractors and that lead to save the plow even if the plow doesnot have shear bolt

orchard tractors

hello now lets talk about one kind of tractors in farm machinery since calssification orchard tractors what is orchard tractors ? orchard tractors is a jind of tractors which can wirk in side horticultures between trees to do the required farm machinery process what is the disign specifications which allow to the tractors to work ? the orchard tractors distingushed with narrow width to allow the tractor work within trees olso to achive the farm machinery process such as cultivating and spraying the exhust must be horizontaly to make the emmition in no contact with the trees

plough

used for soil preparation for sowing seed or planting. it is olso consider the basic tool for this process acording to the historical resorces the main purpose of ploughing is to broke the clods and improve the soil texture and some time to turn it this proces is consider very important to make the soil in equalibrim and balance between water and air and soil allawing the root to absorb the water and respairate and be in good coheshion with the soil in the same time > olso turning the soil will buyre the weeds and remans of previos crops so they will be under decomposition cercumistances and will be turned in to organic matter ( more siutable for the growing crop

KINDS OF TRACTORS GEAR BOXES

HI THE EFFICANT GEAR BOX IS CONSIDER AS AN IMPORTANT THING IN FARM MACHINEY DO YOU THINK WHAT KIND OF GEAR BOX WE MY FOUND IN TRACTORS ? WE CAN FOUND THREE KIND OF GEAR BOXES : 1- SLIDING GEAR BOX WHICH WE NEED TO STOP THE TRACTOR COMPLETLY TO CHANGE THE GEAR 2- SYNCHRONIZED GEAR BOX WHICH WE DONT NEED TO STOP THE TRACTOR TO CHANGE SPEED JUST PRESS THE CLUTCH 3- AUTOMATIC OR HYDRAULIC GEAR BOX WHICH CHANGE THE SPEED AUTOMATICALY WHEN IT REQUIRED AND WE HAVE ALSO DYNA GEAR BOXES UNDER THIS CATEGORY WHICH ALLOW TO THE DRIVER TO CHANGE SPEED MANUALY BUT UNDE THE CONTROL OR AUTHORITY OF THE AUTOMATIC CHANGE WHICH NOT ALLOW TO THE DRIVER TO MAKE MISTAKE OR MAKE ERROR MAY DAMAGE THE GEAR BOX AND ITS CONSIDERD THE BEST KIND OF GEAR BOXES

what is combine

combine is a self propelled machine for both harvesting and trashing the crop it widely used with maize wheat and rice olso with soya been and some other crops

balers

hi now lets talk about balers what is the baler ? baler is implement for hay and straw baling what is baler types? two type round balers & square balers

categories of tractors hp

hi all we can devide the tractors hp into four categories of tractores hp 1- low hp tractores . range from 12 : 50 hp 2- midium range hp tractors more than 50 hp : 93 hp 3- above midium range tractores 93 : 130 hp 4- high horse power tractores more than 130 hp

the three point linkage

hi all have you ever been asked your self about tractor traction and why the tractor wheel doesnt slip while the tractor tract the blough even if the tractor is lighter than onother tractor at the same horse power? the answer is look to the design of the three point linkage which first disigned bye massey harris and first applied by massey ferguson tractors . then it transfered to the other companies the three point linkage design add the analise the drag force in to horizontal and virtical products . and while the virtical product transfered to the front wheels of the tractor make it more heavier and less in sliparing of wheel and more stable of the front part of the tractor
